Payment details (processed securely by Square - I never see or store your full card information).
Basic booking information such as appointment history and services received.

To manage and confirm your bookings.
To send appointment reminders or important updates about your treatment.
To deliver digital gift vouchers and track voucher redemptions.
Occasionally, to share special offers or news - you can opt out anytime.
How Your Information is Stored
Customer details are stored securely through Squarespace and Square.
I never sell or share your information with third parties.
You can request your details be updated or deleted at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I understand that pregnancy, postpartum life, and everyday demands can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer your spot to another client.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $20 fee
No-shows (not attending without notice) will also be charged a $20 fee
I understand that medical appointments, going into labour, or emergencies can arise — in these cases, please let me know as soon as possible, and we’ll reschedule without a fee
